  I know I am pretty late after my holidays in submitting my feedback, maybe I need another holiday. Just to say that we had a great time in Kerala in visiting the various places. The arrangements made through your company with Anju Malavia were excellent and were as promised. Just a few pointers in that care should be taken when arranging visits on places of interest in that for us as muslims to have seen more of islamic history with other sites as optional. Also for the driver to be aware of where the mosques for prayer time are as well halaal eating places. Also experiencing the windy roads and travel time a +-70km per day should be considered from destination to destination in order for it not to be so hectic. Overall I would not hessitate to book another holiday through Anju nor have any problems referring others through you.

  We used Monks and Monkeys Travels for a trip to Kolkata and Odisha in Jan 2014 and everything went without a hitch, although we travelled to several destinations, used trains and had different tour guides for different places. The tour went off pretty much as per the itinerary with the proposed hotels and program. Team was very responsive and reply quickly to emails. We'd use them again if we travelled to India.

  Всем привет !!! С данной компанией познакомился через интернет, вышел на их сайт, потом связались по скайпу, пообщались, и решили рискнуть. Оплатили напрямую индивидуальный тур на 4-х человек (2 семьи). И не пожалели. Улетели в Дели 26.12.13, прилетели в Астрахань 12.01.14.Тур получился шикарный, очень интересный и очень познавательный.Мы совместили путешествие по 3-м индийским штатам (с индивидуальным гидом и водителем на комфортабельном авто), с передвижением так-же на местном поезде в дальние точки (в Кожурахо - в горд мёртвых храм Кама Сутры) с дальнейшим перелётом на Гоа на 5-ть дней и возвращением опять в Дели на один день , где напоследок посетили незабываемый по своей красоте, величию и масштабом храм Акшардам. Огромное спасибо компании "monks-n-monkeys", а в частности одному из руководителей Шараду за тот комфорт, за незабываемые впечатления, за ответственность кот. он нам предоставил. Отдельное спасибо нашему гиду Диду (Диджендеру) и , конечно-же несравненному водителю Раджу "Капуру", кот. водит машину просто как один из индийских богов. В общим всем желающим узнать побольше об Индии как о стране, а не просто прочесать пузо на пляже на Гоа рекомендуем тур компанию "monks-n-monkeys" Спасибо Вам Шарад, здоровья и удачи.

  Just returned from 18 great and interesting days in India The trip was orchestrated for us and to our specification not an off the shelf tried and tested golden triangle jaunt, by Anu from Monks & Monkeys Travels. Not only did they deliver on every level, Transport, Hotels Agents on the ground meeting and greeting us at every new destination, after we had suffered the worst experience possible in an overnight sleeper, which we had stipulated 1st class it may have said 1st class it was not in our eyes or nose. I contacted them on arrival in Varanasi and within an hour they had organised and paid on our behalf for flights and a hotel back in Delhi to avoid the indignity of another night on the train.(a local business man I spoke to put it that' the clientele in overnight sleepers are only the top class of those who travel by train. We had changed two of the hotels Anu had suggested before we went and interestingly our choices turned out to be the two worst hotels we stayed at. We had paid approx. a third of the cost as a deposit and were only expected to pay the balance on arrival in Delhi. Can't think of any British agents who work that way. All our drivers were excellent as were our internal flights. Guides were always prompt, knowledgeable and willing to tell touts and others we were not interested. probably the equivalent of our own phrase which encourages an individual to urinate elsewhere! So 100% satisfaction from us I will be recommending them unreservedly to my friends who are interested in India trips.

  This is a very nice company. I take a tour of 12 days with them going to the principals spots In New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, and more. Also they take us to Kathmandu, Nepal. They are very nice people. It includes your own taxi all the days. And they take you to very nice restaurants also. The best of all? The service. People was very nice. I went for my honeymoon.

  Hi I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Monks and Monkeys Travels on such a wonderful tour package that was customized for my mom and aunts travel to India and its other States.. It was an amazing experience that my mom and aunt would not forget.. I would like to single out the lady herself, Anju Malaviya, for going all out to satisfy my mom and aunt and meeting all there expectations.. From there luxurious hotels, to sightseeing, tour guides and travel arrangements between states. I was a bit skeptical at first as it was there first time traveling out of South Africa but Anju assured me they will have no problem and she will be in contact with them and keep me updated..   Having recently used Monks and Monkeys, I had reported that we had a bad experience at one of the hotels booked and had to leave that hotel and find alternate accommodation. It seems that the hotel Blue Bay may have also been misleading Monks and Monkeys in the type of accommodation being provided. Following that I am glad to say that the rest of the hotels were much better and Anju went out of her way to ensure that no further mishaps happened along the route and that our stay in India was an enjoyable one. As I am writing this my parents are still completing the last leg of their journey. . The fact that the MnM kept in touch with us went a long way in providing us the comfort that we needed in a foreign country. Although we were not able to recover the full amount of the accommodation I understand that MnM will ensure that they chance the hotel to recover the remaining funds. If I plan another trip to India I will consider using MnM again especially for the service provided by Anju. A few suggestions is to consider: 1) Ensure that you properly vet the hotels and ensure that hotels are confirmed well in advance 2) Check the journey times between destinations to make sure that misguided tourists (myself included) don't try to pack in too long journeys on one day with too small children. 3) We stayed in many hotels for one night along he route and this did not give enough time to appreciate what each town had, some advise to future travellers. 4) Check the facilities provided by the hotels and advise the client. Many hotels charged rates upto Rs500 for one days internet access. Had I know this I would have purchased a Sim Card to save on roaming rates and hotel internet rates.

  I went to Rajasthan and Varanasi from Oct 2014 to Nov 2014 for 16 days, on a private tour (with a driver). It was all arranged by Monks and Monkeys Travels Private Limited, through a girl named Kiran by email. Arrangement was done well, from driver, to train tickets, to hotels, to pick up and transfer from airport and train station. No problem at all. I will use this company again if I go to India again.

  Someone asked about using Monks & Monkeys Travels. My wife and I used Monks & Monkeys on a recent trip to South India and they did a wonderful job. Monks and Monkeys Travels, responded to all my queries immediately and selected some excellent hotels for us during our visit. We had to make a few changes to our original itinerary and they helped us with it. I only good experiences from the agency and have recommended Monks & Monkeys Travels to friends who told me they are thinking of visiting India..
